1. What Information Do We Collect?
Personal information you disclose to us. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you express interest in our Services, book a call, complete our practice quiz/form, or otherwise contact us. This may include:

- City or metro
- Role at the practice
- Services offered, procedure volume, budget, and timeline answers
- Billing information when you become a paying client (processed by our payment providers)
Information automatically collected. When you visit chiro.scaleordie.co we may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, and similar technical data. We may use cookies and similar technologies, and advertising pixels (for example Meta Pixel) to measure site performance and marketing effectiveness.

3. Patient Lead Data (When We Work With a Practice)
If your practice engages us to generate and book patient consultations, we may process prospective-patient contact and qualification information (for example name, phone, email, pain / complaint, budget, timeline, and appointment details) on your behalf as part of delivering ads, AI qualification, SMS/phone follow-up, and calendar booking.
- We process that information to provide the Services to the clinic, not to sell it.
- Ad accounts generally run in the clinic’s own advertising accounts where agreed.
- Where HIPAA applies to the relationship, we will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the clinic as required.
- Before/after creative uses only assets the clinic has appropriate patient consent to use.
4. When and With Whom Do We Share Information?
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate (CRM, email/SMS, hosting, analytics, booking tools, payment processors)
- Advertising platforms when measuring or delivering campaigns (subject to your settings and applicable policies)
- Legal requirements when required by law or to protect our rights
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do not sell personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for those purposes.

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us (for example booking confirmations, reminders, or service-related messages), message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
